Order Processing

At findhaul Store, every order receives our immediate attention. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We provide multiple shipping methods within the United States to fit your timeline. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

International Shipping

At this time, findhaul Store ships only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping. Should this change, we will update this policy with full details on destinations, delivery timeframes, and any applicable duties or taxes.

Order Tracking

We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate promptly.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs correction, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate requests received after that window, but once an order has entered processing we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
